We have updated our key development projects list, and the updated 

Key Economic Development Project Map. Those projects that have an outsized impact towards fulfilling the City's goals for housing, employment, and catalytic placemaking. It's not a comprehensive list of all projects on file with the City, but it includes large, complicated, and/or significant projects for San Jose.

 

This list reflects 3,385 residential units and 5.5M square feet of office space currently under entitlement review, as well as 3,373 residential units and 4.3M square feet of office under construction. 

A substantial number of projects, many of them quite large, now have approved Planning entitlements. More than 4,605 residential units, 2.38 million square feet of office, and 560,000 square feet of retail were approved over the past six months.
