Leasing

 

Steps for Leasing

  1. Review and approve lease terms and ratesPower pole
  2. Meet with City staff and conduct a site walk to discuss location of equipment and antenna
  3. Provide draft of site plans to Real Estate to be reviewed by the City's oversight department and Information Technology Department
  4. Once approval has been provided by Real Estate, submit appropriate permit application for placement on City property.
  5. Upon submittal of the permit application, three (3) original lease documents will be forwarded to the telecommunications company, signed and returned to Real Estate. Upon approval of the appropriate permit(s) and prior to any work being conducted on the site, the City will execute the agreements and return one (1) original to the Company. The telecommunication company will provide Real Estate copy of the final permit.
