REVOLVING LOAN FUND ADMINISTRATION BOARD The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is a commercial loan program to help San Jose firms that find it difficult to obtain traditional private-market financing. Some examples of the companies the City of San Jose have assisted include businesses needing small amounts of capital, business owners with spotty credit histories, start-up companies, collateral issues and higher risk levels. Click here for an information sheet on the Revolving Loan Fund. The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Loan Administration Board (LAB) determines what loans are approved.
