The San Jose Catalyst Fund provides growth equity and services to business located in San Jose with over $3 million in revenue. Money invested by the San Jose Catalyst fund is used to enhance the growth of San Jose small businesses and their job bases. In addition to growth equity, the San Jose Catalyst Fund supports businesses in the following ways: Developing strategic growth plans, crafting product and brand strategies, opening new distribution channels, identifying and recruiting value added board members and improving job quality through health care and employee ownership programs.
