SAN JOSE CATALYST FUND
The San Jose Catalyst Fund provides growth equity and services to business located in San Jose with over $3 million in revenue. Money invested by the San Jose Catalyst fund is used to enhance the growth of San Jose small businesses and their job bases. In addition to growth equity, the San Jose Catalyst Fund supports businesses in the following ways: Developing strategic growth plans, crafting product and brand strategies, opening new distribution channels, identifying and recruiting value added board members and improving job quality through health care and employee ownership programs. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BONDS

OPPORTUNITY FUND (Formerly Lenders for Community Development (LCD)
AVAILABLE IN SANTA CLARA AND SAN MATEO COUNTIES
Opportunity Fund offers small businesses loans of up to $200,000 and lines of credit up to $10,000 (market rates of interest on loans). Opportunity Fund also provides no-cost technical assistance.

RECYCLING MARKET DEVELOPMENT ZONE
San Jose manufacturers using recycled feedstock (glass, paper, plastic, used tires, etc.) may be eligible for low-interest state loans up to $2 million and technical, marketing and location assistance.
