LENDERS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (LCD)
AVAILABLE IN SANTA CLARA AND SAN MATEO COUNTIES
Lenders for Community Development offers small businesses loans of up to $200,000 and lines of credit up to $15,000 (LCD charges market rates of interest on loans). LCD also provides no-cost technical assistance.

RECYCLING MARKET DEVELOPMENT ZONE
San Jose manufacturers using recycled feedstock (glass, paper, plastic, used tires, etc.) may be eligible for low-interest state loans up to $2 million and technical, marketing and location assistance.

REVOLVING LOAN FUND (RLF)
Small businesses located in San Jose which retain or generate jobs are eligible for RLF loans which range from $5,000 to $40,000 (RLF charges interest of 8% on loans). RLF funds can be used for equipment, inventory, furniture and fixtures, and working capital. Tenant Improvements can sometimes be funded. The RLF is not intended to finance mortgage loans.
